das ist ein oft gestellte und leider nicht so einfach zu beantwortende Frage. Das hängt ganz vom spezifischen Shop, den Erweiterungen und den angeschlossenen Systemen (z.B. ERP) ab was wie aufwändig oder möglich ist.

Was sich jetzt schon öfters heraus kristallisiert hat ist die Frage: Migration auf Magento 2 oder Shopware.
